Current Projects
This future community, located on the southwest side of Okotoks, consists of just over 427 acres of land for development within the town's limits. In the Sandstone area, which is the base for this project, approximately 74% of the land is currently deemed suitable for development. This site’s yield for homes is anticipated to be in the 3,000’s.
Past Projects
Completed in 2008, The Loren is an exceptional multi-family project featuring 20 homes set along the banks of Calgary’s Bow River pathway in the vibrant Parkdale neighbourhood. The natural beauty found along the river and nearby Edworthy Park, and proximity to bustling downtown Calgary make the location of The Loren ideal.
Completed in 2005, PineHurst was one of Bordeaux Developments' first community developments.
It was an exclusive enclave of 26 luxury homes set in the striking foothills just south of Calgary near DeWinton Alberta.
Baywest Homes
Baywest Homes is an award-winning builder which has been serving the Calgary area for over 30 years.
Constructing move-up and estate homes in prominent new Calgary communities since 1985, Bordeaux Properties purchased Baywest in 2004 from its founding owner, Harry Denger, and grew the company to one of Calgary’s respected builders over the next 15 years.
In 2015, Baywest Homes became jointly owned in a 50/50 Partnership between Bordeaux Properties, and Calgary’s Section23 Developments.
On March 22nd, 2019, Section23 announced it had acquired 100% ownership from Bordeaux Properties, poised to take them into the next generation.
