Bordeaux Developments Corporation is pleased to announce the community of Harmony has received approval of its Stage 1 Subdivision Application.
This critical milestone which ultimately allows construction on this innovative, groundbreaking project to proceed, was granted by the Council of Rocky View County on July 3, 2012. It is the third major approval established over 8 years of tremendous collaboration between the Harmony Developments Inc. team, industry experts, Rocky View County and very importantly, our neighbours in Springbank. Working collaboratively with the MD of Rocky View, Bordeaux’s vision is to take a holistic approach and create a diverse community with a 5-star lifestyle centre, a variety of housing product, low-density stacked homes, retirement community, employment lands and designated educational lands – Simply put, a place to live, work and play, all of which is inspired by superior design principles. Bordeaux not only manages the project but it is the largest stakeholder among a group of investors assembled by Bordeaux to partner with the original landowner.
